Black Body Calibration Sources From Nagman Instruments

The Black body calibrators are used in most industries for monitoring the calibration of the infrared temperature sensor. The Calibrators consider a heated or cooled target object whose temperature will be accurately known and it will act as the base for providing the accurate infrared pyrometers. A Black body calibrators are excellent radiators that emit thermal energy in a visible or infrared form with intensity at a given wavelength and temperature. The black body calibrator sources can effectively absorb and release extremely non-reflective radiations and it has an emissivity value of 1.   When compared to other material that is available in the market, the black body calibration source makes a true perfect blackbody. Few Black body calibrators show an emissivity less than 1 but when they are designed properly, they can be bought closer to 1.   The emissivity of the blackbody is matched to the emissivity of the sensor by adjusting it. The black bodies are used...

Mobile Calibration System From Nagman Instruments

Our new Mobile Calibration System has been established to allow users to check torque accuracy, run calibration tests and create calibration certificates prior to the use of non-stop rotation torque tools in various applications. The mobile calibration is mainly designed for use with pneumatic (PTW) and electric (ETW) torque multipliers and can be used to set air pressures for the PTW and start compensation values for the ETW therefore eradicating the issue of variances in local air/electrical supply. A strong, regulating reaction block facilitates use with all PTW and ETW tools, and most competitive tools. A secondary reaction post allows use with those tools that won't fit the regular reaction block. The compact and lightweight assembly is equally at home in the workshop, in the field or bolted down in a maintenance van, capable of accurately measuring torque .Just mount the wrench to be rectified, place the reaction arm interested in the reaction block, and activate the wren...
