Mobile Calibration System From Nagman Instruments

Our new Mobile Calibration System has been established to allow users to check torque accuracy, run calibration tests and create calibration certificates prior to the use of non-stop rotation torque tools in various applications. The mobile calibration is mainly designed for use with pneumatic (PTW) and electric (ETW) torque multipliers and can be used to set air pressures for the PTW and start compensation values for the ETW therefore eradicating the issue of variances in local air/electrical supply. A strong, regulating reaction block facilitates use with all PTW and ETW tools, and most competitive tools. A secondary reaction post allows use with those tools that won't fit the regular reaction block. The compact and lightweight assembly is equally at home in the workshop, in the field or bolted down in a maintenance van, capable of accurately measuring torque .Just mount the wrench to be rectified, place the reaction arm interested in the reaction block, and activate the wrench. A digital display shows the torque output.

A technique to calibrate the wrench using 5 measurements for 5 torque values outcomes in a calibration certificate.

Versatility

  • Precisely measures torque output for continuous rotation tools.
  • Flexible design enables use with a large variety of competitive wrenches
  • Internal Lithium-ion battery pack, external power via 5V DC USB power supply
  • Standard USB cable for communication with windows based PC's
  • Peak and Track modes

Ease of Use

  • Compact design facilitates easy transport, allowing calibration to be carried out in the shop, on jobsites, or even in a vehicle
  • Combined digital interface enables torque values to be displayed, saved, printed or transferred to computer utilizing Excel software.

What is a Dead Weight Tester & How it works?

Every business that uses pressure instruments to monitor fluid and gas pressures and flow rates relies on accurately calibrating today's high-tech pressure measurement instrument s. Pressure is a complex measurement discipline. And to have precise measurements, pressure gauge calibration is necessary. That's where pressure calibrators come in. There needs to be a calibration kit for pressure gauges that is universally suitable for all users' needs. Pressure gauge calibration standards diverge substantially based on their uses and the setting in which they are utilized. That’s why there are different types of pressure calibrators for different scenarios. For example, a dead weight tester, multifunction calibrator, or measuring gauge with a predefined accuracy can examine the accuracy of transmitters, sensors, transducers & pressure gauges. Today, we will review what these dead-weight testers are and how they work. Deadweight Testers - What are They? The DWT -...
